Michael Fox obtained the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation (2003) and Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute and Professional Appraiser (AACI, P. App) designation (2013) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Michael has over 15 years of experience as an independent Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant for the Regina and Southern Saskatchewan areas specializing in residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial properties.
His professional career includes extensive volunteer experience in the profession. At the provincial level, Michael served three terms as President (2008-2012, 2016-2018) as well as Council Member (2003-2004, 2012-2016, 2018-2020) of the Saskatchewan Association. At the national level, Michael continues to serve on the PCI Board of Examiners (2015-Present) and continues to be a Member of the Adjudicating Subcommittee (2023-Present). Previous roles held at the national level include serving as the Chair (2021-2023) and Co-Chair (2018-2021) of the Investigative Subcommittee and as a Member of the Nominating Committee (2017-2018).
